Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Effective date: August 7, 2026. Allcatch LLC, a California limited liability company (“Allcatch”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers allcatch.ai, our text messaging program, and our phone line.
1. Two different roles — and the difference matters
Allcatch handles personal information in two distinct capacities, and this policy is explicit about which is which:
As a business, for our own data. Information about visitors to this site, people who book a demo, and people who text or call our own number. This policy governs that information.
As a service provider, for our customers’ data. When a distributor uses Allcatch to handle its own customer communications, that distributor decides what is collected and why. We process that information only to provide the service to them and on their instructions, and we do not use it for our own purposes. Where a written data processing agreement is in place, its terms govern that processing. If you are a customer of a business that uses Allcatch and you want your information accessed or deleted, contact that business — they control it, and we will assist them.
2. What we collect
From the demo form: your name, company, work email, ERP system, and an optional phone number.
From messages and calls to us: your phone number, the content of your message, and call metadata such as time and duration.
Automatically from the site: standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We do not ask for and do not want government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories. Please do not send them.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and run a demo, provide and support the service, keep records we are required to keep, and secure the service against abuse. We do not use it for anything else — in particular, not for advertising or profiling.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Program: Allcatch service and account messaging. We send text messages only to mobile numbers that have been given to us for that purpose — for example, a number you enter on the demo form, or the number you use to text us first.
What we send: service and account messages, including replies to your enquiry, demo scheduling and reminders, and notices about your account. These are transactional messages, not marketing.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message and we will stop sending them. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means — simply telling us in a reply is enough.
No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to any third party. Information may be shared only with the vendors that operate the messaging on our behalf, such as our telecommunications provider, and solely for that purpose.
5. We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose it to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to train or improve any AI model.
We do use a small number of vendors to run the service — hosting, telecommunications, and email. They are engaged to process personal information only to perform those services for us, and not for their own purposes. A current list is available on request.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Call recording
Where a call is recorded, that is disclosed at the start of the call, before anything of substance is discussed, and the presence of an automated assistant is disclosed with it. We do not record silently. If you do not want to be recorded, you do not have to continue the call — say so or hang up, and you can reach us instead by email at [email protected] or by text. Staying on the call after that disclosure is how consent to the recording is given.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Demo enquiries that do not become customers are deleted on request at any time — just ask.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it; to request deletion; to request correction; to receive a copy of the personal information you gave us in a portable form; to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect it). You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights — and you will not be.
To make a request, email [email protected] or text or call us at (650) 362-8282. We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold, and we will respond within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
If your information is held by us on behalf of one of our customers, see section 1 — direct the request to that business and we will support them in fulfilling it.
9. Security
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it to run the service — today, a very small number. Data is encrypted in transit, and system activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
Allcatch is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If we learn we have collected it, we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, say so on this page.
12. Contact
